“ My son suggested this and this location in particular. He likes the Carolina style barbecue. I got the brisket platter with slaw and fries. They have the GOOD ranch, folks. (iYKYK) The brisket was chefs kiss!!!! It's a family friendly spot which also means it's a loud environment. Claire was our server and she's clearly been doing this for some time. Very efficient, perfect amount of interaction and pleasant. I'll definitely be going back for more. ”

Besides the usual bbq chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, we also got some salads. wings with white sauce, catfish, sides of Mac and cheese, baked beans and onion rings, and of course those bomb little cornbread muffins. Overall the food was very tasty! A family favorite for sure and will look forward to our next visit and some more good eats! ”
“ Best barbecue I've had in a while. There's usually a wait in the drive through but I've also eaten inside and that seemed to be much faster. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the weather. Everything is always great. I usually go there on Sundays to pick up dinner. The ladies in the drive thru are really sweet. ”
“ Solid service. My first time visiting and the service was great. I didn't catch her name but she friendly, checked in on us enough. Mac and cheese was delicious. Definitely needed that bbq sauce or the pork would have been dry. The cheese bread - yum give me more of that. Brisket was good, collard greens were tasty. Banana bread pudding had great consistently. Women's bathroom was a little dirty but I've seen worse. ”

This is the place I'd take someone if they weren't from around here and wanted true southern food and hospitality. I got a bbq chicken sandwich with coleslaw and Mac n cheese. Pro tip - put the coleslaw on the sandwhich then add extra white and bbq sauce. Be sure to get BOTH white and normal bbq sauce btw. Their Mac n cheese is one of the best I've had. Extra creamy and extra cheesy. Jess (maybe Jesslyn) was our waitress (also the bartender) and she was as sweet as could be! This is a usual place for us and I don't see that changing anytime soon! ”
